What board and binding set up are you riding this season?

I'm riding the Lotus because I've always loved the soft landings it gives with the center spine breaking up water in the flats for me. I am digging my Ember boots this year too.

Where do you live now?

Sacramento, California

Who do you look up to in wakeboarding?

Like favorite tricks, or favorite songs, it's an answer that changes all the time for me because I'm constantly seeing new videos, or at new places and I see different things that I'd like to emulate. At Thai Wake Park last year for example, I saw a grom ripper transfer a big huge in onto another feature (giving me the motivation to do it too). Josh Twelker and Kaesen Suyderhoud inspire me to steeze things out more and I'm always inspired by edits I see from creative riders like Daniel Grant, Felix, and Tobi Rittig.

One place you would like to travel?

New Zealand

Where is your favorite place to ride?

Lake Oroville (aka the poster picture for California's drought) is still my favorite, but I'm really loving our new cable parks in Norcal like Velocity Island Wakepark.

Are you competing in any contests this coming season?

What would you say is the best part about riding for CWB?

We have incredible and reliable products that allow me to wakeboard to a full potential. I don't have to worry about a board sticking to a rail or having it delaminate, and I like being able to help vote on graphic ideas (although for me it can be hard because I always love all the choices from the artists).

What are you looking forward to this summer?

I'm looking forward to traveling and seeing more places. Last summer I got to check out BSR for the first time at Nationals and it was incredible; I'm looking forward to seeking out new destinations again this summer. I'm also looking forward to some good boat-in camping trips on lakes with good friends.

If you could have one superpower what would it be?

What would you do if you couldn't wakeboard?

I would snowboard and surf a lot more. I probably would have lived less in Florida and more in Costa Rica and Tahoe than I did. College would have been harder without the wakeboard team. I might have been a lonesome English major who'd have spent free time writing poetry in a coffee shop wearing a scarf in July and Buddy Holly glasses. It's a really good thing I've found wakeboarding. It's always given me some of the best friends I could ask for.

Favorite television show?

SNL and Wilfred.

Favorite movie?

The Lord of the Rings (Fellowship)

CWB, Girls with Guns Clothing, Epic Boats, LiveDay1wake, Bern Helmets, Wakeroots Rideshop, Velocity Island Wakepark.
