What board and binding set up are you riding this season?
Lotus 134 with JT bindings
Who do you look up to in wakeboarding?
I look up to my sister, Raequel because she’s really been one of the only reasons I’ve pushed myself to ride hard and learn new tricks to keep up with her. After watching her recover from multiple shoulder dislocation injuries and an ACL repair and seeing her able to perform a technical variety of mobes and 720’s, competing on the Pro Tour and working as a school teacher is very inspiring and motivating for me to look up to.
One place you would like to travel?
Where is your favorite place to ride?
My home lake on Lake Oroville, CA
Are you competing in any contests this coming season?
The Professional Wakeboard Tour, local INT events and Wake Island watersports cable events.
What would you say is the best part about riding for CWB?
I have never broken a board.
Best Christmas present?
When I was 8 years old, my parents surprised my sister and I with two horses.
Talent you wish you had?
The ability to base jump with confidence that I would survive.
Amarillo by Morning by George Strait
Do you have any wakeboarding superstitions or habits?
If I get into the bad habit of passing the handle too early on my landings after a HS back 180, I have to do it over and over until I can at least land cuffed.
If you could have one superpower what would it be?
It would be to fly. Wakeboarding can sometimes come as close to the ability to fly if I can get enough hang time and amplitude.
What would you do if you couldn’t wakeboard?
If I couldn’t use my legs, I would get into kayaking in rapids.
What did you want to be as a kid?
A dentist or an elementary school teacher.
Favorite television show?
I still watch Boy Meets World from time–time. Most recently, I love to watch Big bang Theory.
CWB, Epic boats, Bern Helmets, Flojos shoes, Girls with Guns clothing
